Discover an exceptional coffee from the Gediyo region, Yirgacheffe , in Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 1,750–1,950 meters , this natural Heirloom coffee reveals all the complexity and refinement of Yirgacheffe coffees thanks to meticulous attention paid to each stage of production.

I would also like to include the physical appearance of a farmer from this region.

The ripe cherries are dried on raised beds, with constant turning during the first 48 hours to ensure even moisture evaporation. This meticulous method results in a clean, consistent, and aromatic cup, while preventing mold growth and uneven drying. Once dried, the beans are sorted and graded Grade 1 Yirgacheffe by the Ethiopian Coffee Exchange.
