Origin & Traceability
Production is centered in La Pastora , the highest point in the Tarrazú region, where volcanic soils and altitude promote slow and even ripening. The cooperative is Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade certified and actively supports its members through technical services, loans, and easy access to agricultural inputs, ensuring the sustainability of coffee cultivation for future generations.
