Sumatra Mandheling G1 coffee comes from the Gayo highlands in Aceh. It is produced by the Permata Gayo cooperative , established in 2006 by 50 farmers from five villages after decades of conflict and the displacement of many farming families. The cooperative promotes a democratic, transparent, and environmentally responsible management model, while also providing training, soil improvement, and sustainable practices for its members.

Sumatra Mandheling G1 coffee comes from the Gayo highlands in Aceh. The cherries are carefully harvested, processed using a semi-washed method, and dried to preserve the richness and aromatic expression of the terroir.
