This coffee comes from the mountainous Peruvian regions of Chanchamayo and Cajamarca .
Grown on small farms surrounded by shade trees and rich biodiversity , this coffee showcases Arabica varieties such as Typica, Caturra, Bourbon, Pache, Catimor, and Catuai. The harvest is carried out carefully according to local traditions, and the coffee is washed and sun-dried to preserve its character and origin.

Each batch is evaluated in a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certified tasting laboratory , allowing producers to be directly connected to consumers who are attentive to the origin and history of coffee.
Cup profile: Clear and balanced cup, mild acidity, medium body, notes of milk chocolate, caramel and a touch of red fruit.
