Popayán Supremo – SC17/18

This Colombia Popayán Supremo coffee comes from the mountainous Cauca region, specifically the Popayán plateau, an area renowned for its rich volcanic soils and the exceptional quality of its coffees. Grown at an altitude of around 1,700 meters , this coffee is produced by small family farmers – often from indigenous communities – who practice meticulous, manual, and sustainable agriculture.

Hand-picked, the ripe cherries are then pulped, fermented with water, and dried on patios or parabolic dryers. The result is a Supremo SC17/18 coffee, guaranteeing rigorous sorting, a large bean size, and a clean, balanced cup.
