100% Arabica Coffee

Originating from the highlands of Yorito, in the Yoro region of northern Honduras, this coffee is cultivated at altitudes between 1,450 and 2,000 meters , in a cool mountain climate and fertile soils. These ideal conditions allow for a slow and even ripening of the cherries, resulting in a clean, expressive, and well-balanced cup.

Coffee cherries that perfectly represent the potential of Honduran high-altitude coffees

Carefully harvested between December and March , the cherries are then washed and sun-dried on patios , a traditional method that highlights the coffee's clarity and vibrant aroma. Processing is handled by Beneficio de Café Montecristo , one of Honduras' most renowned processing centers, guaranteeing consistency and quality from producer to export.
