About the Swiss Water® process

The Swiss Water® method, also known as decaffeination by osmosis, is one of the most natural and environmentally friendly processes. The beans are first immersed in hot water to extract the caffeine and aromatic compounds. The water is then filtered through activated charcoal to remove the caffeine, and the beans are returned to the water to reabsorb their original aromas.
The result: a clean, tasty decaffeinated coffee that is true to its terroir.
